Hi. My name is Terry Shaw. I want to take a minute to welcome
you to tkaphotography.com and explain what we do and how we
started. I started racing Go-Karts in my early teens. At the age
of 16 I started to race sprint cars. I raced sprint cars for 5 years
before I decided to move on and start a family. Racing has
always been a part of my life. My father raced before me and
owns a fabrication business where race cars were always at the
shop. My younger brother Pat took up where I left off and
started racing Micro Sprints. My family has been involved in the
Arizona racing community for many years. When I stopped
racing I missed my extended family of racing. Two years ago I
decided the way I could get back around racing was to start my
own photography business.
I have always been interested in photography. It started almost
15 years ago when my parents bought me a Canon EOS film
camera. From there my passion for photography grew. And
today with the technology that we have it makes things a lot
easier. So two years ago I bought a professional digital camera
and a few items. As time has moved along I have added more
lenses and items to the camera bag to make the job and
pictures easier. The rest is history in the making.
